Manuel has been the CEO of African Trade & Investment Development Insurance since December 2020. He has over 25 years of international experience in finance, banking, insurance, and investment.

Prior to joining ATIDI, Moses worked at IFC for 15 years, most recently as Country Manager for East Africa, where he managed activities in the sub-region. He has also held senior positions at Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank, the Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe, and Zimbabwe Development Bank.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester in the UK and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also an associate member of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
