Rachel Moré-Oshodi is the CEO of ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Limited, West Africa's first private equity infrastructure fund. From there, she drives transformative and sustainable infrastructure development across Africa. With over two decades in the infrastructure, energy, and sustainability sectors, Rachel has led pioneering projects totaling over $7 billion, providing access to critical infrastructure, and advancing economic growth in emerging markets. Her leadership journey includes pivotal roles at AES Corporation, the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Finance Corporation, Rand Merchant Bank, and TotalEnergies. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and is an alumna of Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Program for Africa.
