Jean Paul Ndjemba is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matha Capital Group, comprised of Matha Capital and Matha Securities. Matha Capital is a Pan African financial advisory firm headquartered in Cote d'Ivoire with offices in Rwanda and a deal footprint in more than 20 African countries.

Over the last seven years, Jean Paul and his management team drove a transformative agenda closing more than $12 billions of financial advisory transactions. Until June 2017, he was Executive Director and Country Head of Global Banking for Standard Chartered Bank Cote d'Ivoire, overseeing Corporate, Investment and Institutional Banking, Treasury and Transaction Banking.

Previously, he held executive positions at Standard Chartered Bank in Mauritius, Vietnam, and Singapore. Jean Paul graduated from George Washington University with degrees in Finance and Economics.
